Dear Members of the Orange County Managers Association,
As we reflect on the past year, it is inspiring to see all the great changes taking place within our association. Together we welcomed a new Executive Director to our office, moved into a new office space, we held our first lunch and learn work shop, and launched a brand-new website that now features a secure member-only section. This section offers enhanced opportunities for benefits and resources tailored to your needs. See December discounts for OCMA Members via the link below.
These enhancements have led to increased membership and improved benefits for all members. Notably, we have added counseling services for our members and their families—something that is increasingly vital in today’s environment of mental health challenges in our workforce.
I am also proud of the professionalism displayed by our Board as we work together to better our organization and offer more services to you. I see the true passion to serve and the desire to constantly improve our organization for our members as the number one priority of OCMA.
While these changes are significant, I also want to highlight our remarkable member achievements in 2025. We had the biggest showing ever of members to our annual meeting this past summer. We sold out for our OCMA Angel game this past summer, and most recently, our OCMA hockey night with the Ducks sold out in 45 minutes, showcasing the strong community spirit among our members. Our recent Holiday Party was a tremendous success, making history with our largest attendance ever with over 220 members in attendance, creating wonderful memories and strengthening our bonds.
As we embrace the holiday season, I wish you all a joyful time with your loved ones, filled with warmth and happiness. It is a perfect time to celebrate our collective efforts and appreciate each and every one of you for your contributions.
Looking ahead, I am excited about OCMA’s first ever Health and Wellness Fair that has been scheduled for April 30th and our new Notary Services that will begin in 2026. These initiatives will help to foster well-being and support among our members and I encourage you all to participate actively in association events.
Thank you for being a part of the Orange County Managers Association. Let us continue to build on our achievements as we move into the new year, embracing new opportunities and challenges together.
Warm regards,
Artin Baron
President, Orange County Managers Association
